Hermes Red Ostrich 32cm KELLY Bag Palladium

Hermes Red Ostrich 32cm Kelly Bag W/Palladium Hardware. Purchased in 2003 and never carried. The dye used in Hermes ostrich leathers fade when exposed to light. The strap, key clochette, belt and hidden part under the flap are all slightly darker. That is because the strap and clochette were kept inside the bag. The underside of the flap was not exposed, and the belts (the pieces that attach to the center closure) were un-done and left under the flap. There are also hairline scratches to the feet at the base and scratches to the twist piece on the hardware closure and light scratches on the side of the closure hardware (see photo). Also, the part of the padlock that is exposed at the bottom is blackening. Palladium will blacken. We were able to buff most of it out after the photos were taken. It is on the underside of the padlock, but, if it bothers you, Hermes can remove the blackening. Blind-stamped 15.F with a G in square. Measures 12.75" x 9" x 4.5". Made in France.
