Jill’s Consignment is not affiliated in any way with any of the designers, brands, or manufacturers whose products appear on our website. 

We are simply a consignment and resale business that buys and sells authentic, pre-owned designer goods. 

With that being said, we guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.

Jill’s Consignment sells only authentic designer labels. We are proud of our top-notch reputation. Needless to say, we authenticate every item that comes through our doors before it is added to our online boutique. Every designer brand has specific markings, engravings, fonts, date codes, holograms, serial codes, microchips and other identifiers specific to that brand. When it comes to quality and workmanship, even the very best “super fakes” can’t replicate the real thing. We have been reselling Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Bottega Veneta and other designer labels since 1996. If a counterfeit bag is sent to us, it is either sent back to the sender at his/her expense plus a $50 fee, or disposed of by Jill’s Consignment, PERIOD.

Jill’s Consignment accepts Zelle and checks. For international orders we use international bank wire.

Due to rampant credit card fraud we no longer accept credit cards. 

To make a purchase, please use the contact link beside the product you wish to purchase. You can also call or text (text preferred) 904-608-6197. Let us know if you wish to purchase outright or place the item on layaway. You’ll then provide us with your shipping address and submit your payment or layaway deposit.

Payment options are:

Zelle: an easy and safe way to send money directly from your bank to ours. We’ll need your email address or mobile phone number to send you a request, or you can send your payment directly to our phone number 904-608-6197.

Check: there is a seven business day hold on out of state checks. Your order will ship seven business days after your check is received.

Sales tax of 7.5% will be added to all items shipped within Florida. There is no sales tax for items shipped outside of Florida.

Before any item is shipped to you, it is inspected again for any flaws we may have been missed. We are known to be meticulous in our inspection of all items that come through our doors. 

If there is a scratch, it will be photographed and described in the listing. 

If there is a slight odor, it will be described in the listing. 

If there is a rub mark on a corner, it will be photographed and described in the listing. 

Any and all flaws will be photographed and described in the listing.

In the unlikely event you aren’t happy with your purchase, please return it within 3 days of receiving it. We will refund the purchase price less original shipping and any associated Zelle or bank wire charges within 48 hours of receipt of your return provided the item meets the below criteria.

We will not issue a refund for items that are: 

• not the original item we sent you

• returned worn or damaged or in any way not in the same condition as it was sent to you

• returns postmarked more than 3 days after the delivery date or attempted delivery date. 

Return shipping including insurance is paid by you and you assume the responsibility of getting the item back to us. 

By purchasing an item from Jill’s Consignment, you agree that you have read our return policy, that you agree with our return policy, and that you will abide by our return policy.

FREE shipping within the United States. Orders paid for using Zelle are shipped within 24 hours. Exceptions are holidays and weekends. Orders paid for using a check will ship after a seven business day hold. All items will be fully insured when shipped. Certain items will also require a signature upon delivery. We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx depending upon the size and weight of the package and its destination.

Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. Payment for international orders is accepted via international bank wire transfer. If you are an international client and would like to make a purchase, please contact us for payment instructions. International shipping will incur a shipping charge. You are responsible for any customs and duties.

Layaway is available for all of our items. Terms are 25% down and 90 days to pay off. Layaway payments are accepted via Zelle, checks and bank wire. 

Please be sure before you place an item on layaway. If you cancel your layaway or are unable to pay it off after 90 days, we retain 10% of the price of the item. Any remaining monies will be refunded back to you. 

If we extend your layaway under special circumstances past 90 days and you are unable to pay it off after the extension, we will retain 25% of the price of the item. Any remaining monies will be refunded. Layaway returns follow the same guidelines stated in the above return policy, but will be charged a 35% restocking fee.

Contact us with the item you would like to purchase on layaway and the payment method you would like to use. We will need your name, mailing address and phone number to start your layaway account. Once your deposit is paid, your item will be placed on layaway. You can make additional payments at any time during your layaway, or pay the remaining amount at the end of the 90-day period.
